| Lake Forest College Hillel is Small and Mighty |

Lake Forest College Hillel just threw one of the best all campus events that Lake Forest students have seen. With over 250 participants (out of a total student population of 1400, and a total Jewish student population of around 200), Lake Forest College has not seen a Purim Party like this before. Lake Forest Hillel Outreach Liaison Daniel Rosenstein was thrilled at the turnout. “Different students groups throw these all campus parties, but this one was considered one of the best by our peers, Jewish and non-Jewish alike, and that meant a lot to us.”
Lake Forest Hillel has come a long way this year. With more members than they have ever had, and a phenomenal Executive Board, Lake Forest Hillel is proud to be the center of Jewish life on campus.

| Rachel Wides planting the seeds for a new generation at SIUC Hillel |

 |
My title at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale (SIUC) Hillel is Director; this position encompasses a wide range of duties from administrative and fundraising functions, to creating student social and leadership activities. However, Hillel on SIUC campus is student run. Our Hillel takes this very seriously, which gives my capacity within the program a different twist. I create opportunities for the students to reach their own potential.
